At the age of 5 Sophie Griotto pushed the door of her first plastic arts class. Since then, she has never stopped drawing, researching the attitude and personality of her characters. She paints the shadows to bring out the light. "The shadow allows me to define volumes with as little contour as possible". Her eye is sensitized by the contemporary woman, and often, the Parisienne.
