How long will it take to receive my order?
We work with over 80 workshops and designers. Most of these men and women work with a small team or even alone, and are dependent on numerous factors (raw material supply, periods of varying demand). For most of them, creative ability goes hand in hand with a job well done, the desire to remain true to their values and expertise. This is why, once your order has been confirmed, we prefer to work in harmony with the workshop or craftsman and provide you with an estimated delivery time of approximately one business day. We work daily to improve the delivery time information on our website and provide an estimate for some workshops. We invite you to review this information in bold under the add-to-cart button. Also, if you need your order delivered by a specific date, please let us know. We make every effort to process your order as quickly as possible.
Can I get a promo code?
Promo codes devalue the work of the artisans and workshops we work with. Our prices are calculated fairly throughout the year. While some retailers choose to inflate their prices at one time of year and then lower them later, we prefer to keep them at the right price all year round.
Can I get more photos?
Our team is available by phone or email 6 days a week. We can send you more details and photos of our creations, advise you, and help you with your ordering process. Click here to access our contact form.
How do you protect your creations for delivery?
First of all, you should know that most of the creations we send you first arrive here at the Maison des Artisans d'Angers, and therefore, the workshops and creators have already provided us with the appropriate boxes for each one. Often, the creation has its own personalized box (polystyrene mold) with a certificate of authenticity, then we overpack it with multiple protective measures (polystyrene, bubble wrap, air cushions, etc.). The outer packaging is sized appropriately, ensuring the creation stays perfectly within the package.
How are canvases and large paintings shipped?
We use a suitable carrier, at no additional cost to your order. They will contact you when the package is ready so you can select a preferred delivery date (you must be present upon receipt of the canvases to inspect them with the delivery person).
I received my order but the item is broken or damaged. What should I do?
This is rare because we take great care! However, not everything depends on us. We will send you a new item as soon as possible with a return slip so you can return the broken item. Sending a new item sometimes involves a waiting period, and we apologize for this (restocking or production may need to be restarted).
Are all the items in our store available on your website?
At Maison des Artisans – Maison d’Adam in Angers (West of France), there are over 20,000 items! It's therefore difficult to offer everything on our website. We also face challenges with completely unique pieces; the photo presented on our website may not always be accurate to what you will receive (variations in color or shape). However, we are working every day to offer you even more items online! Our website remains faithful to the image of our physical store and reflects the wide variety of creations we offer, with our main collections and styles.
Can I pick up my order directly in store (Angers, West of France)?
Of course! Simply select "Pick up in store" during step 3 of your shopping cart. Shipping costs are automatically deducted after this step. Our team will then inform you by email or phone when you can pick up your order at Maison d'Adam.
Do you have other stores in France or overseas?
Our one and only store is located in the heart of Angers (West of France), near Saint-Maurice Cathedral.
