Jacky Zegers is a Dutch artist born in 1972 known as "Jacky Art".
Initially a math teacher, her favorite hobbies, painting and sculpture, eventually became real passions. She tried several techniques before quickly finding her style. She is now an accomplished artist since 2006.
She mainly creates abstract paintings and original sculptures. Her art clearly shows her fascination for animals such as dogs, cats and giraffes, with a clear preference for bright colors. Her work highlights unusual colors and shapes that she observes in certain plant and animal species in nature from which she draws her inspiration. From the beginning, she wanted her art to be colorful and joyful. Her creations are invitations to stop and enjoy the moment, to smile at the happy moments.
