Scarf edition of a fragment of Makemono from 1953, produced by the French workshop Brochier Soieries.

In 1953 began a collaboration between Jean Brochier and Aimé Maeght, one of the greatest collectors and gallery owners of modern art in France. The genesis of this strong artistic bond is represented by Miró's Makemono. Every year since then, the Maeght Foundation offers a limited edition drawing by an artist exhibited during the year.
