The SUN blown glass lamp is characterized by the insertion of murrines (ancestral technique of Murano glasswork). Multicolored glass rods with a wide variety of patterns are made and then cut into thin discs. These discs are laid out flat in a mosaic fashion and are then heated in order to be melted into the mass.
The colorful murrines reveal all their beauty when illuminated.
