Early 15th century tapestry. Cluny Museum – Paris. This is the right part of "Chivallry scene" tapestry. With a background of leaves and flowers. The apprentice knight is offering a wooden chest to the lady. All the characters are dressed in the Italian fashion after Charles VIII conquered Naples in 1495.
Each tapestry is delivered doubled and ready to hang up on wall. A certificate of authenticity is affixed on the back. Beyond a quality seal, it indicates the point of weaving, the title and the subject of the tapestry, but, what’s most important, registers every tapestry in a matchless craft heritage.
